Sound Baths
A deeply meditative experience (30-45 minutes in length) that "bathes" participants in sound waves from instruments like crystal bowls, ocean drum, koshi bells, Tibetan bowls and gongs. A profoundly relaxing session that calms your nervous system, reduces stress - both body & mind, relieves anxiety & improves sleep.
